Volkan threatens Habertürk journalist

Tensions were high in Salzburg, Austria, where the Turkish national football team is undergoing training, after goalkeeper Volkan Demirel walked up to a journalist and threatened him for taking photographs of the team on Sunday.

The footballers were strolling around the city after a training session was cancelled. A photojournalist from Habertürk daily started taking photos of the players and Volkan, as the national goalkeeper is commonly known, warned the journalist not to photograph them and said he would get someone to beat him up.
