14-year-old girl killed during break at school

Kader Demiroğlu, a student at Devrek Primary School, went to a park near her school during her break and was shot by a man with a rifle. Demiroğlu was seriously wounded and died minutes after the incident.

Police are still trying to capture the perpetrator and prosecutors have arrived at the park to oversee the investigation of the crime scene.

According to eyewitnesses, the perpetrator was a man in his 50s and he fled the scene in a vehicle after shooting Demiroğlu. The teenager's body was later taken to Devrek State Hospital morgue.
