Turkish plane drives off runway at Mumbai Airport

A Turkish Airlines (THY) plane on Friday veered off a runway while landing at Mumbai Airport due to heavy rains.
A statement from THY said the A-30 type passenger plane en route to Mumbai went off the runway, which became slippery due to heavy rain. The statement said 93 passengers and 11 crew members were immediately released and taken to the terminal, and added that there were no casualties.
